About Us
Circle Case Management support our clients to employ their own staff.
One of our clients wishes to directly employ a Support Worker working with a 21 y/o woman with Cerebral Palsy in the family setting in Plymouth.
The Role
As a Support Worker, you will provide an elevated level of support to a young person in her own home. This will include support to manage her behavioural needs.
In this varied role, you will help the client to live her day-to-day life to the fullest.
Your duties will include care and support, personal care, manual handling, driving, cooking and integration with family life.
Due to Personal care needs, there is an occupational requirement for this role to be female only.
About You
To be considered, you will need:
- A full, clean driving licence
- Excellent communication skills
- A positive attitude
- Ideally, you will have previous experience as a Support Worker, but this is not essential.
Other companies may call this role Support Worker, Healthcare Assistant, Care Assistant, Personal Healthcare Assistant, Personal Care Assistant or Care Worker.

Contract
Permanent 36hrs/week
Shift Pattern
Working pattern is 12 hour day shifts.
3 shifts weekly, working Saturday or Sunday on Alternate weekends.
Shifts are Mon-Sun worked on rotation.
Overnight sleepin shifts are available as additional hours.
Hourly rates are as follows:
Day support: £15.00 per hour weekday/ £16.00 per hour weekend day
Night Support: £13.00 per hour (NB Night hours are classed as sleep-in)
